We love the smell of the 1970's. A combination of stale musty film, dusty projectors and mothball-scented polyester baby blue tuxedos, with sweat stains still on the ruffles. We cherish these memories and are passionate about keeping the vintage quality and innocence of super 8 mm film in our lives and yours.

We are passionate filmmakers. And are excited about documenting all facets of life. Whether it is your wedding, honeymoon, party, or vacation. Baby Blue Tux Films is also used on commercial shoots and music videos. Psst...we can shoot digital too.

Growing up, I starred in and watched numerous Super 8 mm reels shot by my Dad. These films inspired me to become a filmmaker and to become a visual storyteller. That's the philosophy of Baby Blue Tux Films: To document life in its purest form, pieced together in a lifelong keepsake.

Our film cameras range from the classic 1970's Elmo to current models custom made for commercial filming in 16x9 format for HD. All film is developed and transferred to digital files for editing in Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA. We receive and send our film to a specialized shops focused on Super 8mm filming.
